Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level executive support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency in administrative and financial processes.
- Perform financial oversight tasks, including tracking budgets, processing invoices, managing expense reports, and assisting with financial data analysis.
- Handle data entry and reporting, ensuring accuracy and organization of key business information.
- Create and manage advanced Excel reports, utilizing complex formulas, pivot tables, and pivot charts to analyze business and financial trends.
- Assist in HR functions, including onboarding, scheduling, and maintaining employee records.
- Manage vendor relationships, office supplies, and operational logistics.
- Support project coordination, internal communications, and Salesforce data entry.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in executive support, administration, or office management.
- Strong financial oversight and data entry skills, with experience in budget tracking and reporting.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and pivot charts.
- Proficiency in CRM Management (i.e. Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in security, corporate services, or professional services industries.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and business financial operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
